We do like to disclose that service work and diagnosis of a problem with units is hard to do over the phone or by looking at photos. So we will most likely ask you to bring the unit in so we can properly diagnose the problem and avoid any wasted time getting your unit properly functioning again. 

For rentals we like to ask that any business or company email us what they need for an event and if delivery and pick up is required. We can then get a price generated to provide what is necessary and will get an estimate sent to you as soon as possible.
