Please read all of our policies carefully, and understand that these are non-negotiable. 

If you bring in a unit for a diagnosis and we give you an estimated price on how much it will cost to fix your unit and you are not interested in us performing the service work that is completely okay. However, we do charge an $85.00 diagnosis fee for the time spent looking at the unit. 
All of our sales are final. 
All electrical items are non-refundable. 
For any special orders on accessories the customer will be expected to pay in advance and this payment will be non-refundable.
